By accessing or using desiregift, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
desiregift provides gift discovery and related tools. Output is informational. Product availability, prices, and merchant policies are controlled by third parties; we do not guarantee accuracy or that links will remain valid.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits or security, upload unlawful content, or use the product to harass others. We may suspend access for violations.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated suggestions may be incorrect or inappropriate; you are responsible for your purchasing decisions.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Plan terms are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your billing portal or support.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, desiregift and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law rules.
